Located in Pascagoula, M.S., Joyful Notes Piano Studio was born from the love of starting piano as an adult learner. I had a bucket list of items I wanted to do for years, but put off starting the piano lessons I dreamed of because it seemed overwhelming to start something from the beginning.

What I found was actually more fun, enjoyment, relaxation, and learning than I anticipated. Joyful Notes aims to bring that same experience to students by building a foundation of musical skills that feel fun and achievable. Your learner will build confidence and a love of music while making steady progress toward music literacy.

Ages Pre-K 4 through Adult Accepted.

Music for Everyone

There is a special kind of fulfillment in helping children learn to play the piano. From learning Middle C to playing their first easy pieces, each song conquered is full of excitement. Kids are fantastic sponges which makes Pre-K4 onward a perfect time to start.

But don't get it twisted, just because you didn't learn music as a child doesn't mean it has to remain a language you never decipher. You can learn to read music and play fun piano pieces at any time. Perhaps, like me, you quit years ago because piano was boring and felt like a chore. Piano can be an inclusive experience for all ages.
